Q:   How do I figure out room sizes for furniture?

A:   Draw and cut out rectangles to scale and put them on a room drawn to the same scale.

Q:   What do I need to send you?

A:   A rough floor plan sketch showing shape and size. Mark in for bedroom, kitchen, living room etc then email, mail or hand deliver.

Q:   Do you have to look at the building site?

A:   No, just let me know if it is an inground, daylight , or above- ground basement.

Q:   Do we have to come to your office?

A:   No, all can be done by email.

Q:   How do I make payment?

A:   I require 50% to start and the final 50% when the plans are finished.

Q:   Is there a charge for changes?

A:   You are allowed to make three changes to the preliminary drawing without charge as long as they do not change the dimensions of the building. Once finals are completed, there will be a charge for changes.

Q:   Who pays for the engineering?

A:   Any engineering costs are the responsibility of the customer.
